Is there anything you don’t clean? Are there any exclusions?

There are a few things we do not offer as part of our services. For safety reasons, we have some exclusions:

Health & Safety:

• We do not clean human or pet waste (bodily fluids)
• We do not handle mold, biohazards, or hazardous materials
• We do not provide pest control services or clean up pest waste/droppings
• We cannot remove dead animals or rodents

Specialty Services:

• We do not perform pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, or gutter cleaning
• We do not wet-wipe light bulbs (the time and risk of breakage is too high)
• We cannot clean chandeliers or areas requiring tall ladders (for our team’s personal safety)

Heavy Lifting & Organization:

• Our team is not equipped to move heavy furniture, appliances, or other large items. Please make arrangements for any necessary heavy lifting before our team arrives
• We’re pleased to wash your dishes and/or load them into your dishwasher! We cannot, however, put away dishes, because we don’t want to stack things in a way that you would not (and to reduce risk of breakage)
• We can take your trash to your trash can/dumpster but cannot haul it away

Special Situations:

• We do not clean hoarding situations or provide junk removal
• We do not service dormitories, fraternity or sorority houses
• We do not clean unfinished basements or attics
